We're opening up EOI's for a Construction Manager role that has arisen in the business as we are expanding to NSW & QLD:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple formwork projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and uphold Formcom's reputation for quality, speed and precision.
- Manage client relationships on site, serving as a point of contact, providing regular updates, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams, including supervisors, carpenters, and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with safety remaining paramount.
- Collaborate with Alan and his Estimating teams to optimise resources and project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, incorporating innovative formwork techniques and technologies.
- Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Leadership.
- Oversee and manage materials and logistics ensuring every site is enabled to deliver efficiently and effectively.
- Recruit best in class talent in the form of employees and subcontractors - Formworkers, Carpenters, Jump crew etc.
Must have:
- 5+ years experience in the Formwork industry.
- 5+ years experience as a Site / Construction Manager within Formwork.
- Ability to travel between NSW & QLD as well as sites.
