About the Role
This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll apply your fabrication, fibre-glassing, metalworking and finishing skills to produce high-quality components and assemblies.
You'll work with modern CNC machinery, fabrication equipment, and a supportive team committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Full training will be provided on our products and manufacturing processes.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Fabricating, assembling, and finishing precision plugs for the aviation, automotive, aerospace & marine industries.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Operating manufacturing equipment and CNC machinery (training provided where required).
- Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Working closely with the production team to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
- We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Experience as a Panel Beater – panel beating qualifications are NOT essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring equipment, and workshop machinery.
- A strong work ethic with a positive, team-first attitude.
- The ability to learn new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Experience That Would Be an Advantage
- Experience operating CNC machinery.
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG).
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
