About the Role
We're looking for a warm, confident and organised Patient Experience Concierge to join our friendly team in Dapto. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive and efficient experience from the moment they walk in.
Whether it's helping someone check in, navigating services like Skin2 Clinic or Evoca Women's Health, or simply offering a friendly smile β your impact will be felt every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors, assist with QR code check-in and direct them appropriately
- Support reception with appointment bookings, scanning, basic admin and phone calls
- Maintain front-of-house cleanliness, stock brochures and materials, and monitor patient wait times
- Encourage Google reviews and help educate patients about healthcare programs such as CDBS and CDM
- Open and close the medical centre, ensuring a smooth start and end to each day
- Relay patient feedback and assist the Practice Manager with any service or WHS concerns
What We're Looking For
You're a people person through and through β someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You take pride in presentation, love helping others, and bring a calm, professional presence to everything you do.
- Experience in reception, hospitality, retail or a concierge-style role
- Medical centre or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
- Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure
- Basic tech skills and a willingness to learn QR check-in and admin systems
- Understanding of programs like CDM and CDBS (desirable)
- A team player mindset β ready to jump in and support colleagues when needed
- Certificate III or IV in Health Administration, First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
Why Join Us?
At our Wyoming practice, you'll be part of a passionate team committed to accessible, high-quality healthcare. We believe in teamwork, treating patients like family, and delivering good medicine with heart.
In addition to a supportive working environment, you'll enjoy
- Free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) supporting wellbeing, mental health, and financial advice
- Everyday savings on groceries, retail, utilities and more through the Flare benefits platform
- Salary packaging options including novated leases for vehicles with running costs included
- Access to Fitness Passport β discounted entry to gyms, pools and fitness facilities nationwide
