Forever Learning Kindergarten & Childcare is seeking an experienced Lead Team Member (Diploma Qualified) to lead our Infant Room (8 weeks – 1 year old children). This role focuses on infant development, responsive caregiving, and relationship-based practice.
You will mentor Certificate III and Diploma team members, design meaningful learning experiences aligned with EYLF V2.0, build strong partnerships with families, support daily routines, and contribute to reflective practice and quality
