It suits someone with relevant experience, practical skills and a willingness to learn about our machinery and equipment. The position initially offers approximately 1-2 days per week, with working days arranged according to business needs. • Conducting regular stock checks and keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe.
  • Supporting other sales, customer service and warehouse activities as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in machinery, tools, hardware, industrial equipment or a similar industry.
  • Strong customer service skills, clear communication and the ability to build positive customer relationships.
  • An interest in machinery and equipment, with a willingness to develop your product and technical knowledge.
  • Practical skills and the ability to assist with basic equipment checks and minor repairs.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • A reliable, responsible approach and the initiative to identify and resolve problems.
  • The ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including moving stock and assisting with container unloading.
  • Current Australian work rights and availability for ongoing employment.

The following will be highly regarded:

  • Chinese language skills to support work‑related communication.
  • Experience in warehousing, inventory control, logistics or order processing.
  • A current forklift licence.

What we offer:

  • Casual employment with approximately 1-2 days of work per week initially.
  • Training in our products, sales processes and warehouse operations.
  • A varied role offering experience across machinery, sales, customer service and warehousing.
  • Opportunities for additional hours and potential progression to full‑time employment, based on performance and business needs.
  • An hourly rate negotiated according to your experience, skills and capability, meeting applicable minimum pay requirements and including casual loading, plus superannuation.
