We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team at our warehouse in Derrimut.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations.
- Investigating stock variances, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
- Supporting cycle counts, stocktakes and stocktake preparation.
- Processing goods received, damages and write-offs.
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve inventory, delivery and customer service queries.
- Supporting WHS requirements within the warehouse.
- Supporting the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor as required.
What we're looking for
- Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support others.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Product scanning system experience, a driver's licence and/or forklift licence would be advantageous.
This is a full time role (5 days per week, Monday to Friday).
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Character Check and Pre-Employment medical.
