For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an Enrolled Nurse on a casual basis to join our compassionate, people-first team at Warragul community aged care.
You will lead care staff, coordinate and deliver person-centred plans, while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and respectful care.
You will monitor residents, advocate for choices, maintain confidentiality, and support accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives.
