FOCUS Connect is seeking a proactive First Impressions Lead to be the welcoming first point of contact across in-person, phone, and general enquiry channels.
You will identify needs, manage enquiries, and coordinate handovers to Home & Community Care or Community Services teams.
You will also coordinate Head Office facilities and office supplies, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-organised environment across Focus Connect sites.
Experience in aged care or community services is valued.
