You'll own the full accounts cycle across our entities: invoicing, payables, receivables, payroll, BAS, month-end and monthly reporting.

We have long standing relationships with clients in the mining and industrial sectors - our jobs move fast, and we need someone who can keep the accounts moving with them.
- What you'll be doing
- Invoicing customers against jobs and POs
- Processing supplier invoices and following up overdue accounts
- Preparing weekly payment batches
- Assistance with running award payroll across our entities
- Preparing and lodging BAS
- Posting accrual journals and reconciling accounts at month-end
- Preparing monthly financials and management reports for our head entity
- Keeping our asset register and employee records up to date
- Keeping us compliant and on top of every deadline
- What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of full-function bookkeeping, including payroll
- Confidence with BAS, accruals and reconciliations
- Experience preparing monthly financials and management reports
- A sharp eye for detail and a practical, organised approach
- BAS Agent registration and experience with Sybiz are a bonus.
