A Contract Administrator role that sits in the middle of the action — picking jobs up once they're awarded and running the commercial side through to completion. You'll work on subcontracts, variations, progress claims, procurement and programme support, working closely with estimating and project management / site teams.

Run commercial projects through to completion once awarded
About you
Construction contract admin or project management experience is essential
Tiling, stone or finishes background is a bonus, not a must
Experience using AI is also an advantage when it comes to applying for this role, but not a must
About us
Florence Alba Collective is growing our commercial projects team. Amongst other things, we focus primarily on stone and tiling packages in relation to large scale commercial T1, T2 and high end residential projects. We have our own brand new state-of-the-art stone manufacturing facility in-house where we do all of our stone manufacturing work.
