National Marketing Coordinator - Canberra
Reporting to senior leadership, the National Marketing Cordinator, will oversee the development and execution of Flip Out's national marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth and franchisee engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic planning, digital performance marketing, brand management and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the annual national marketing calendar, aligned with commercial objectives and seasonal trading periods.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across general admission, birthday parties, memberships, school groups and special events.
Manage national promotional campaigns, product launches and seasonal activations.
Maintain brand consistency across the national franchise network.
Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website performance and digital customer acquisition.
Manage external digital agencies, ensuring campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs and marketing ROI.
Lead CRM strategy, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, customer segmentation and automated customer journeys.
Work closely with franchisees to support local marketing initiatives and business growth.
Manage marketing budgets and optimise expenditure across channels.
About you
Proven experience in a senior marketing role
Strong expertise in digital performance marketing, particularly Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience managing national campaigns, marketing budgets and external agencies.
Sound knowledge of CRM, email marketing, customer retention and digital analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen, creativity and a results-driven mindset.
Experience working within a franchise network or multi-location business will be highly regarded.
