We supply some of the world's best meat to the world's best restaurants, cafes and supermarkets in Melbourne and beyond. We are passionate about the brands we represent – ethical, sustainable, boutique producers. Our butchery team is world class and produce beautiful sausages, steaks, burgers and schnitzels.
If you are an experiencedmeat knifehand or portion cutter with good references, then thisis an opportunity for youto branch into something different - but an opportunity to further your career in a fast-growing company that always promotes from within.
The role will involve working with our Day Shift Production Team with portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, handling and managing a sophisticated dry ageing chiller, and the opportunity to design new products and lines for our food service customers.
Our shift time is from 8am - 4pm, so if you think you have what it takes to help us become the best meat company in the world.
