What You’ll Be Doing
- Bringing the Flight Club experience to life through warm, engaging and memorable guest interactions.
- Creating an atmosphere full of energy, personality and unexpected moments of joy.
- Delivering exceptional service across the bar, floor and reception, depending on your role.
- Engaging with guests, introducing them to Social Darts and ensuring they feel welcome from arrival to farewell.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service throughout the venue.
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly, even when the venue is buzzing.
- Taking ownership of your role and finding opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests.
