Great remuneration structure - get paid your way! After three months in the role, you will be able to choose your own pay journey – stick to our great guaranteed structure of $57k plus super (FTE), OR opt in to our incentive structure. This option is a base wage of $53k (FTE), plus super, plus incentives based on your monthly sales performance.

Full training provided through our two-week paid new starter program. • Mathematic ability – you have a knack for numbers and can crunch digits quickly with precision.
  • Sales targets - you believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs to get the incentives you deserve.
  • Problem solving - you think outside of the box for your customers to find the best solution tailored to their needs.
