We are seeking a dynamic Travel Product Coordinator (My Touring) to support our Product Managers with day-to-day product administration.

- A day in the life
- Support the Product Managers with hands-on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation
- Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites
- Assist with pricing, inventory management and flight estimations
- Review advertising material and customer travel documentation
- Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams
- Assist internal teams with product Q&A and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation
- Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure the smooth tour operations
- Conduct post-tour quality evaluation and elevate customer feedback
