If you're passionate about building products that deliver meaningful customer value and drive real business outcomes, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

As the Product Manager (Land & Partner Products), you will contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of our land distribution portfolio, including hotels, transfers, car hire, and rail products, as well as key partner offerings. Acting as the single accountable product lead, you will determine what products are connected, how they are packaged and priced, and the capabilities available to our travel consultants.

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and support teams to shape product vision, define priorities, and deliver innovative, data-informed solutions that align customer needs with strategic business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to influence product direction, drive growth, and create measurable value for both customers and the business.

Day to day:

  • Define and execute the product distribution strategy, including the assessment, selection and optimisation of supplier, aggregator and portal partnerships.
  • Own and maintain API and agent-access standards to ensure seamless product availability across internal systems, applications and channels.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to determine the most effective balance of human, agent-led and automated processes.
  • Lead the evaluation and performance of AI agents and automation solutions across the product portfolio lifecycle.
  • Develop build, buy and invest recommendations for platforms and technologies that support strategic business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain business rules, including supply mapping, pricing and markup mechanisms, to improve transparency and scalability.
  • Gather, analyse and prioritise customer, stakeholder and business requirements to drive product decisions and outcomes.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs and organisational priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design and delivery teams to successfully plan, develop and launch new product capabilities.
  • Oversee product releases and delivery milestones, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Monitor product performance, customer insights and key metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis and customer discovery activities to inform strategic planning and innovation.
  • Lead, coach and develop business analysts and analytics professionals, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused team.

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a Product Manager or in a related product-focused role.
  • 3+ years' experience in leadership.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and applying Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated product distribution or connectivity experience (API-based integration, aggregators, channel connectivity).
  • Demonstrated experience working with AI agents and agentic ways of working.
  • Vendor and partner management experience.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and user-centred design principles.
