About the Opportunity:
In this role you will manage emergency accommodation bookings for a national insurance company. You’ll be someone who loves to connect with customers and can show compassion and empathy in times of need.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year travel consulting experience, however this could also be an opportunity for the right candidate to step into corporate travel without a travel background and build up their experience. Our ideal candidate will understand what excellent service means for customers and be business and travel industry oriented. You’ll like working in a team environment, but also comfortable working autonomously.
All about You:
- Experience booking accommodation or other travel arrangements in a professional / administrative capacity
- Strong Verbal and Written communication with an ability to listen carefully, demonstrate empathy and deliver clear options
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to learn new systems
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail
- A 'can do' attitude
- Leisure or corporate travel management
- Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre would be highly regarded!
