What you’ll be doing

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the team has the support, direction and resources needed to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach and develop the field-based operational team




• Drive productivity, service quality and day-to-day operational performance




• Manage labour efficiency, operational costs, resources and assets




• Maintain strong safety standards and manage operational risk




• Resolve service issues and maintain strong customer outcomes




• Work with scheduling, sales and regional leadership to achieve branch KPIs and continuously improve operations

About you

We’re looking for someone who knows how to lead from the front, build a strong team and turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in operations management, service management or team leadership




• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing employees




• Strong operational planning and problem‑solving skills




• Experience managing performance, productivity and KPIs




• Confidence providing constructive feedback and managing performance




• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills




• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of operational costs




• A solid understanding of workplace health and safety and operational risk




• Excellent organisation and time‑management skills




• Strong written and verbal communication skills




• Confidence using technology and business systems




• A practical, collaborative and solutions‑focused leadership style




• Experience within pest control, hygiene, field services, trades or another mobile workforce environment would be highly regarded
