Our clients, well-established and growing logistics, warehousing & manufacturing operations located in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their teams on an ongoing day & Afternoon shift basis.
These positions offer immediate commencement for reliable and safety-focused operators who have proven experience working in fast-paced warehouse environments.
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties including:
- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Putaways and replenishments
- Picking and staging stock for dispatch
- Inventory movements and stock control activities
- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment & Ability to work in a 16 degree environment if required
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrated experience operating both High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Proven track record of stable employment and strong work performance
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Full Australian working rights
- Reliable transport and ability to travel to Melbourne's Northern Suburbs
- Willingness and ability to undergo a Drug & Alcohol test if required
