Senior Family Lawyer (7+ Years PQE) | Sydney Law Practice

About the Role:
Lead a primarily family law caseload (including high net property pools, corporate/trust entities, parenting disputes, financial agreements, divorce and child support)
Run your files from intake to resolution, managing matter strategy and communications, court document preparation and appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Opportunity to complement your caseload with estate matters (probate and contested estates).
Who You Are:
Seasoned Family Law Solicitor: You have 7+ years PQE bringing technical competence in financial, parenting, child support and divorce matters. You are a strong communicator and feel comfortable advising a broad range of clients from high-net worth individuals through to vulnerable clients.
Client-centric & empathetic: You translate complex legal concepts to clients while building trust and long-standing relationships.
Culturally: You take obligations seriously, enjoy a good laugh and prefer a human, balanced approach to law.
