About the Roles:
We are currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality—crafting and serving premium coffee beverages, and assisting with food and wine service during peak hours. Your passion for quality and customer service will help create memorable experiences for our guests throughout the day.
What we look for:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Previous barista experience is highly valued for this position.
- Hospitality experience is a plus for Food & Beverage Attendants—but not essential.
- A positive attitude, great energy, and a willingness to learn.
- Reliability and punctuality, along with a collaborative spirit and love for working in a team.
- Confidence in multitasking—you’ll be trained to operate the till, prepare drinks, run food, and occasionally assist with events.
- Curiosity about wine and coffee, and a desire to share that knowledge with guests.
- The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
Applicants must have current Australian working rights. Hold a valid RSA and Level 1 Food Safety Certificate (Essential). Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This role is to provide high level food and beverage service to guests in line with established core hospitality values and promote the company values of the venue.
