They deliver office fitouts, refurbishments, and commercial construction projects across Sydney, working with a range of well-known clients across professional services, healthcare, and financial services sectors. Projects typically range from a couple of hundred thousand up to $3M. Fast-paced, quality-focused work where you’ll be expected to run your sites properly from day one.
The Role:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations across commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
- Managing subcontractors, trades, and site access in live environments
- Coordinating inductions, toolbox talks, and WHS compliance on site
- Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients throughout delivery
- Working across sites in the CBD and Parramatta
About You:
- Two to five years of experience as a Site Supervisor in commercial fitout
- Comfortable running projects from a few hundred thousand up to $3M
- You know how to manage subcontractors and keep a program on track
- Confident in live environments where access and timing are critical
- Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
