The Role:
You’ll be the face of Fitness Passport at onsite events with our employer partners. This is a people-first, target-driven role for someone who loves starting conversations, lights up a room and gets a buzz from turning “maybe one day” into “sign me up”. You’ll get comprehensive training, a competitive hourly rate, and casual shifts between Monday and Friday.
What you’ll be doing:
- Representing the brand with energy and enthusiasm
- Engaging employees at onsite events and turning curiosity into sign-ups
- Answering questions and guiding people through membership and network options
- Helping non-members find the right fit and take their first step
- Hitting event targets, and capturing customer insights and feedback to help us keep improving
About You:
- You have a sales or customer-facing background, ideally gym or membership sales, and you’re motivated by hitting targets
- You’re a natural communicator who can connect with anyone, from the gym regular to the total beginner
- You’re passionate about fitness and healthy living, and you love helping people get started
- You’re organised, adaptable and happy to learn
- You work well independently and as part of a team
- Experience is a bonus, but attitude is everything. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll help with the rest.
