What You’ll Do
As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind member growth. You will:
- Generate and convert leads through creative outreach, community engagement and referrals.
- Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members.
- Build great member journeys through positive, professional interactions.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
- Track leads, appointments and conversions daily using our CRM.
- Work with your team to help the club grow and thrive.
Who You Are
- Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.
- Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets.
- Organised, proactive and confident juggling multiple tasks.
- A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences.
