What You’ll Do:
- Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships and referrals
- Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members
- Build strong relationships and create outstanding member experiences
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
- Track leads, appointments and conversions using our CRM
- Work closely with the team to help the club grow and thrive

- Sales-focused, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
- Motivated by results and driven to hit and exceed targets
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple tasks
- A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences
- Passionate about fitness and proud to represent the Cartel brand
