What You’ll Do

• Drive the club’s pre-sales campaign, generating excitement before the club opens.
• Generate and convert leads through community outreach, local partnerships, and referrals.
• Deliver sales presentations and personalised tours to prospective members.
• Build strong relationships and create great member experiences.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
• Track leads, appointments and conversions using our CRM.
• Work closely with your team to help launch and grow the club successfully.

• Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect and build rapport.
• Motivated by results and driven to hit (and smash) targets.
• Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks.
• A strong communicator who listens, empathises and influences.

• Sales experience is a bonus — but energy, enthusiasm and drive matter most.
