The Position
Reporting to the Head of Community Relations and working closely with the Headmistress and Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Enrolments is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the strategic direction of enrolments and long-term planning for the size and composition of St Catherine’s student community from Early Learning to Year 12. Leading a small enrolments team and partnering closely with Marketing, you will ensure every prospective family experiences the warmth, care and sense of belonging that distinguish St Catherine’s, from first enquiry through to commencement. Engaging with local families, country boarders and families from around the world, you will lead enrolment forecasting, pipeline management and family engagement, using data-informed insights to strengthen demand and support the School’s long-term enrolment priorities.
A highly visible member of the community, you will be a passionate advocate for St Catherine’s, its Anglican values and the transformative value of girls’ education. The successful candidate will be a warm, intuitive and relationship-focused leader who combines commercial acumen with strategic thinking and a genuine understanding of families.
Ideally, you will bring senior experience in enrolments, admissions, marketing, education, business development or community engagement, together with strong communication, analytical capability and sound judgement. An understanding of education and the ability to connect each girl’s needs, aspirations and potential with the distinctive St Catherine’s experience will be highly regarded.
