We are a boutique law firm based in Coffs Harbour, with a significant family law practice.
You'll join a small, highly skilled team of three, working directly with solicitor Shad Barends.
The role
As our Family Law Paralegal, you will support the delivery of high-quality legal services across family law matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing documents, correspondence and regulatory materials.
- Managing matter files, deadlines and project milestones.
- Conducting searches and assisting with legal research (training provided).
- Liaising with clients, consultants and experts.
- Assisting with billing, file administration and workflow improvements.
- Supporting preparation of reports, submissions and court documents.
About you
No formal legal qualifications are required, and no prior experience in family law is needed.
