FiRST early learning

At our Frankston South and Hastings Centre, we pride ourselves on being an exceptional employer that values communication and collaboration among our Early Educators. Our warm, natural environment, inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, not only fosters a nurturing atmosphere for children but also provides our educators with beautiful play spaces to thrive in their roles. With a focus on small classroom sizes, we ensure that both our little learners and our dedicated staff feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow together.
