Firefly HR is recruiting for an Educational Leader to guide the OSHC service in Inner West Sydney. You will lead educational practice, mentor educators and collaborate with coordinators to plan engaging programs that meet the NQF and My Time, Our Place outcomes.
The role offers a permanent position with a flexible 30–38 hour week, competitive hourly rate up to $50+ with an Educational Leader allowance and performance bonuses.
