FinXL is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities

Maintain project tracking tools for deliverables, expenditure, actions, and risks.

Coordinate key forums, including pack preparation, scheduling, and minute taking.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute operational and executive status reporting.

Manage and maintain Jira boards, tracking delivery commitments and anomalies.

Enhance reporting efficiency using advanced Excel and Power BI.

Drive data quality, standardised templates, and workflow automation.

Coordinate cross-functional activities across remediation and leadership teams.
Key Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in complex project environments.

Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Hands-on experience creating dashboards, pivot tables, and visual reports.
-
Strong capability in project controls, governance, and delivery tracking.

Excellent stakeholder coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

High degree of autonomy, prioritisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
