Fin XL is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our Cloud & Infrastructure consulting practice.
In this engagement, you will be deployed with an enterprise Banking organisation on a high-profile network infrastructure project.
The position will provide hands‑on network engineering support across the design, implementation, migration and ongoing support of our network infrastructure.
Responsibility
- Provide hands‑on engineering support for network design, implementation, and migration.
- Manage ongoing support and troubleshooting of critical enterprise network infrastructure.
- Maintain comprehensive network documentation, technical standards, and configuration management.
- Work independently to ensure high security, optimal performance, and robust connectivity.
- Liaise effectively with technical stakeholders to solve complex networking problems.
- Travel to designated sites and data centres as required to support the engagement.
- Key Skills & Experience
- Over 5 years of hands‑on network engineering and enterprise networking experience.
- Expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, including strong LAN/WAN capabilities.
- Proficiency with Cisco Security (ASA, FTD/FMC), Wireless (WLC), and Cisco ISE.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and network security principles.
- Desirable experience includes Zscaler, Cisco Nexus, F5 LTM/GTM, and Cisco ACI (SDN).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly advantageous.
- Excellent independent troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills.
