- Experience in restaurants (the position will include Kiosk shifts, larder and prep
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a premium à la carte environment
- Passion for quality produce, local ingredients, and creative presentation
- Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented

- Well-presented and punctual
