I’m looking for a warm, reliable and experienced part-time nanny for my two boys, aged 7 and 4, in Fitzroy North.

My older son has autism and ADHD, so I’m particularly keen to find someone with genuine hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent children.

It would be wonderful to find someone who understands sensory needs, emotional regulation and transitions, and can provide calm, consistent and positive support.

The role involves caring for both boys, with additional support for my older son, and helping create a settled, enjoyable routine for the children.

I’m hoping to find someone who would like to become a trusted, long-term part of our family.

It would start with weekend work and hopefully move to after school and school holiday care from term 1 next year.

I’m open to a nanny with a background in early childhood education, disability support or professional nannying, provided they have relevant experience and a warm, neurodiversity-affirming approach.

We have an approximate budget of $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and the arrangement.
