We're looking for a detail-driven, systems-savvy Digital Learning Coordinator to join our high-performing Education team at Financial Education Professionals (FEP).

FEP is a national specialist RTO delivering compliance, CPD and accredited training to the financial services sector, with a strong reputation for quality and building capability that lasts.

This is a full-time permanent position, and a fantastic opportunity to own the learning systems that keep financial services professionals across Australia current, compliant and confident.

At FEP, our values drive everything we do.

We ask our new team members to lead with conscience and accountability (Integrity First), be bold and execute brilliantly (Audacity with Discipline), design intentional, thoughtful and impactful learning experiences (Precision with Purpose), and own the results to make them count (Earn the Outcome).

If you love making learning platforms run like clockwork, enjoy building polished e Learning in Articulate Rise 360 and thrive in a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As our Digital Learning Coordinator, you'll be the engine room of our digital learning operations.

You'll own the administration of a Xcelerate, build and maintain courses in Rise 360, and work hand in hand with our Digital Learning Designer, cross-training on Totara so the team always has cover.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day might involve

  • Own and administer a Xcelerate - uploading, configuring and publishing Nationally Recognised Training courses, assessments and learning resources.
  • Build and update interactive courses in Articulate Rise 360, keeping content current as regulations change.
  • Package, upload and test SCORM courses, keeping version control and live content registers audit-ready.
  • Set up courses, enrolments, CPD hours, certificates and webinars so every learner experience runs smoothly.
  • Be the first point of contact for learner and platform support, working closely with our Student Support team.
  • Produce learner progress, completion and feedback reports, and support compliance reporting and audit preparation.
  • Build working knowledge of Totara and provide cover across the Education team during leave and peak periods.

This is a hands-on, varied role where your precision and initiative keep our learners, clients and regulators confident in everything we deliver.

  • You’ll Thrive at FEP If You Have…
  • Experience administering a student or learning management system (a Xcelerate highly regarded; Totara a bonus).
  • Hands-on experience building e Learning in Articulate Rise 360, with examples of your work.
  • Working knowledge of SCORM packaging, uploading and testing.
  • Experience supporting learners, customers or users in a digital environment, including setting up webinars.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written English and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organisational skills - you can juggle competing priorities and still deliver high-quality work on time.
  • A collaborative, flexible mindset and a willingness to cross-train and step in for your team.

RTO experience and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) are highly regarded.

  • Why You’ll Love Working at FEP
  • 5 extra days of paid annual leave during the Christmas Closure (full-time employees).
  • Employee benefits such as novated leases and access to Employment Hero Discounts.
  • Flexible work arrangements to support work/life balance.
  • A national presence with the agility of a modern, innovative organisation.
  • A values-led culture that encourages creativity, accountability, and impact.
  • Access to ongoing professional development in emerging learning technologies and instructional design.
  • A genuinely inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.

FEP embraces and values the diversity of culture, working arrangements, sexual orientation, and gender identity to ensure our workforce is representative of the community that we work within.

We promote a workplace that actively seeks to include and welcome the unique contributions of all people.

We embrace and celebrate the value of Indigenous people, their skills, and their contribution to our organisation.
