About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the administration of superannuation, investment and pension transactions while delivering outstanding service to clients and advisers.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transactions are processed accurately, records are maintained and client enquiries are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Process applications, contributions, rollovers, withdrawals, and investment switches
Administer superannuation, pension, and insurance transactions
Process investment purchases, sales, corporate actions, and income transactions
Maintain accurate client records and portfolio information
Reconcile portfolios, cash balances, and investment holdings
Manage incoming correspondence and document processing
Respond professionally to client and adviser enquiries
Liaise with custodians, fund managers, brokers, and other key stakeholders
Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful, you will have:
At least 2 years' experience in financial services administration, investments, superannuation, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
A positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Previous experience with investment platforms, superannuation products or managed funds will be highly regarded.
