Sales Consultant – Warm Leads | $110k–$185k OTE

We'll provide the leads, training, coaching and accreditation support. You bring the sales ability, drive and determination to succeed.

High-quality, warm leads that convert – Our established digital marketing engine delivers a consistent flow of customers actively looking for finance. Spend less time prospecting and more time closing deals.

Uncapped commission and real earning potential – Our reported average annualised earnings are $113k for brokers with less than six months' experience and $184k for brokers with over two years' experience, with our top performer achieving over $300k.

No finance experience required – We'll provide practical training, coaching and support to help you achieve the required accreditations.

What you'll do

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in finance, understand their needs and help them find suitable vehicle and asset finance solutions. You'll manage your own pipeline, follow up opportunities, overcome objections and close deals while working within our sales and compliance processes.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in phone-based sales, ideally in a target-driven environment.

• Confidence building rapport, handling objections and closing deals.

• Strong communication, follow-up and organisational skills.

• A competitive, motivated attitude and genuine desire to earn more.

• Someone who takes ownership, welcomes coaching and thrives in a busy sales environment.

You don't need finance experience or existing broker accreditation. If you can sell, build relationships and deliver results, we'll provide the training and support to help you learn the finance side.

• $65,000 annual remuneration package including superannuation, plus uncapped commission.
