We’re looking for experienced Civil Labourers to join a leading Queensland civil contractor working on an ongoing subdivision project in Lennox Heads.
This is a great opportunity for reliable civil labourers with previous subdivision experience who are looking for consistent, long-term work with opportunities to upskill and progress within the industry.

Your Day-to-Day Duties:
- General civil labouring duties across a subdivision project
- Assisting with road construction, drainage, pit and pipe, trenching and earthworks
- Working alongside plant operators and other civil trades
- Site preparation, clean-up and manual handling
- Following site safety procedures and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Typical hours: 6.30am-5pm, 5-6 days per week
What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience working as a Civil Labourer
- Subdivision and/or road construction experience highly regarded
- Experience with drainage, pit and pipe or general civil works advantageous
- Current White Card
- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
This is an ongoing opportunity with temp-to-perm potential, including performance reviews at 3 and 6 months.
