Ferrovial is seeking an HRIS Trainee to gain hands-on Workday experience within our global infrastructure group in The Woodlands, TX or Austin, TX. This 12-month program targets recent graduates or junior professionals eager to learn HR technology, data management, and system integrations.
You will support daily Workday operations (HCM, Payroll, Benefits), assist with data updates and testing, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and regional teams.
