Are you a skilled Road Transport Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic looking for a new challenge, adventure and lifestyle change? We want you! Fenix is seeking experienced HD Mechanics who are interested in relocating to join our growing team in Geraldton, Western Australia!
Relocation assistance provided - including 3 months of accommodation to help you settle in. We'll also help with getting your family and moving your belongings to Geraldton, W.A.

We offer two flexible working rosters (be home after every shift - local workshop, no overnight stays):
- 7 Days On, 7 Nights On, 7 Days Off (~$201,300 + Super + Bonuses)
- 7 Days On, 7 Days Off, 7 Nights On, 7 Days Off (~$150,900 + Super + Bonuses)
All shifts are local, you'll be home after every shift. You’ll also enjoy extended blocks of time off, giving you the chance to explore Western Australia’s pristine coastline. From Geraldton, you’re perfectly placed to experience some of the state’s most popular attractions: world-class beaches, the Abrolhos Islands, Kalbarri National Park, and vibrant marine life along the Coral Coast.

What’s on Offer:
- $68.94 per hour + super + bonuses
- Generous Relocation Package: We’ll provide you with three months of accommodation and we'll cover the relocation costs to help you move to Geraldton with ease, including moving belongings, vehicle, and additional support to make your transition smooth and stress-free!
- Up to $35,000 in retention bonuses over 5 years ($15k in the first two years!)

What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Road Transport Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics, with a proven track record working on Volvo and/or Mack Titan Prime Movers.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience maintaining and repairing heavy multi-combination trucks in a road transport environment.
- Strong capabilities in fault diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and major component rebuilds.
- Recognised Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate
- C Class licence essential; HR licence highly regarded.
- Applicants must hold a current National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
