- coach, support and advise Health and Safety Implementation Teams (HSITs) and Health and Safety Coordination Teams (HSCTs);

- coordinate and undertake regular risk assessments; and
- collaboratively support and influence committees, providing guidance with assurance, evidence and escalation processes, preparing and synthesising governance materials, and reinforcing clear accountability and decision-making responsibilities.
About you
Reporting to the Head, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you will possess proven experience interpreting OHS legislation and applying specialised knowledge to deliver coaching, support and authoritative advice. You will have demonstrated capacity to navigate a large, complex environment with multi-faceted structures and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address a wide range of stakeholders.
