What can you expect from a day in this role?

As a full time Payroll Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our people are paid accurately, on time, and in line with all compliance requirements. You'll be the heartbeat of our payroll operations leveraging technology, applying governance, and contributing to a culture that values excellence and care.

You bring energy, curiosity, and a commitment to doing things right! Bring your experience in Payroll Administration to our Federal Group team, to succeed in this role you will have:

• Process end-to-end payroll cycles with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee records in our time and attendance system.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams to resolve payroll queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems and processes.

Skills and experience that will help you shine in this role:

• Proven experience in payroll administration with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Tech literacy comfortable navigating digital platforms and tools and experience with contemporary payroll and time/attendance systems – we currently use TANDA and Chris21.
• Qualifications in payroll, HR, or finance are a plus!
