Your key responsibilities as a Head of Portfolio Solutions will include:

• Driving client portfolio construction and fund selection in collaboration with the Portfolio Solutions and Asset Allocation teams.
• Overseeing the delivery of timely, accurate reporting, including market updates, performance attribution, and client reporting.
• Managing client relationships, addressing portfolio queries, and representing Zenith in Investment Committee meetings.
• Driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements, including system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentoring team members and developing new client reporting capabilities to support evolving business needs.
• Monitoring portfolio performance and risk, ensuring alignment with benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Head of Portfolio Solutions:

• At least 10 years of experience in investment research, funds management, or a related financial services environment.
• A strong background in portfolio construction, fund selection, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using Bloomberg and MSCI Barra considered advantageous.
• A finance-related degree and ideally a postgraduate qualification, reflecting your deep technical and strategic expertise.
