We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our busy team across the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.
About the Role
As an Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support across multiple areas of the business, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Managing customer enquiries and service requests
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records within company systems
- Preparing quotes, reports, and general correspondence
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating technicians and tradespeople
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
About You
- Previous administration, customer service, or office support experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
- Experience with Simpro, Xero, or similar business management software is highly desirable but not essential
