  • Site & Technical Delivery: Coordinate day-to-day site activities, review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues and support construction delivery.
  • Scope & Change Management: Monitor project scope, identify changes and variations, manage RFIs and provide technical input to minimise scope creep.
  • Subcontractors & Procurement: Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, support procurement, assess performance and assist with claims and commercial matters.
  • Programme & Quality: Monitor progress against programme, coordinate works and interfaces, and ensure construction meets project quality requirements.

To value-add, it's important you have a proactive "can do" attitude and look to take the initiative to get involved with ad-hoc tasks and proactively seek additional work. If you have the capacity and capability, this is the sort of role that will grow with you and continue to challenge you.

Competencies we're seeking:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or project/construction management.
  • 5+ years relevant construction project delivery experience; civil and/or building projects.
  • Have a sound understanding of typical construction specifications used in the Australian construction industry.
  • Valid Driver's license.
