FBT Transwest is expanding its Brisbane operations and is looking for an experienced HC or MC Driver who takes pride in safe, professional driving. This is a full-time local role based at the Port of Brisbane with an immediate start available.
Key responsibilities
Complete local transport and delivery work safely and efficiently
Carry out daily pre-start inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
Secure loads and complete all required transport documentation
Comply with road transport, fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility and company requirements
Provide professional service when dealing with customers and site contacts
About you
Current HC or MC driver licence
Proven heavy vehicle driving experience and a safe driving record
Good knowledge of Brisbane's local road network and delivery areas
Strong commitment to safety, compliance and vehicle care
Reliable, punctual and professional approach
MSIC card advantageous, or willingness to obtain one
Dangerous Goods licence advantageous, or willingness to obtain one
Ability to pass pre-employment checks relevant to the role
