The predicted salary is between 39600 - 48400 $ per year.
Provide internal sales, customer and warehouse support, and assist with marketing. Internal sales responsibilities are the priority, and during staff shortages or holidays the role will be primarily sales support. Marketing duties will be introduced gradually as time permits, with training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phone and email enquiries and act as the first point of contact for customers
- Log RFQs, request pricing from suppliers and prepare sales quotations in SAP
- Process customer orders into sales orders, raise supplier purchase orders and confirm lead times
- Track open quotes and keep customers informed on order status
- Keep SAP, pricing and product records accurate and up to date
- Track sales and quotes through the SAP dashboard
- Receipt incoming deliveries, check against purchase orders and process in SAP
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders and book freight
- Maintain stock accuracy, assist with stocktakes and keep the warehouse tidy
- Assist with the development and distribution of marketing material, and log the results
About you
- Strong marketing experience, including Canva, formatting flyers, CRM use (preferably HubSpot) and low-level website resource loading
- High level of written communication
- Highly tech savvy
- Adaptable and organised, able to switch between marketing tasks and customer work through the day
- SAP experience preferred; training provided
- Experience in sales support or customer service
- Warehouse experience, including receipting and shipping, regarded
