We are a growing company and looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Sydney team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance on our Robots & Robo machines at customer sites.
- Visit clients and solve operating problems related to software, electrical, PLC & programming in CNC controls installed in Robo machines and machines made by other manufacturers.
- Attend to mechanical, electrical, software & programming related issues with our Robots and Robo machines.
- Installing and commissioning our Robo machines (Milling, Wire Cut & Injection moulding).
- Responsible for maintaining all the service tools and equipment.
- Maintaining service technical literature and field service documents.
- Candidate should be willing travel to attend to customers in local Sydney area as well as to visit regional NSW sites as and when needed.
- Should be flexible to work on weekends as and when needed to cater to customer specific needs.
- Should be good working in a team, and carry out work in close co-ordination with fellow technicians and management both on site and in office.
Skills & Qualifications
- Industrial Trade Qualification, experience in mechanical & electrical troubleshooting in industrial PLC/CNC machines.
- Australian Disconnect / reconnect license is mandatory
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
- Experience on working & troubleshooting on Variable Frequency Drives.
