About The Role
You'll lead the day‑to‑day running of the store, bringing together sales, customer service and operations.
You'll be visible on the floor, supporting your team through busy periods and setting clear expectations that help everyone succeed.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and service goals.
