You will oversee program delivery, staff development, animal welfare and farm operations working with the Practice Lead to support children and young people in out‐of‐home care.
The role requires extensive experience with horses and farm animals, strong documentation and reporting skills, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules in a not‐for‐profit
